Shoplyfter - action from behind: Date: September 25th 2:12pm - Case #4785652 - Grand Theft/Fraud - Suspect has been observed for several weeks now. She worked with a sales associate to steal from and defraud this establishment. The suspect buys a vinyl and, with the help of the associate, manages to steal five to ten of them. A trap is set, and the two are caught in the act. The employee was arrested immediately and the suspect was taken to the security office for questioning. The suspect is a professional and this was not her first operation. After hearing the story from the suspect's side and legal negotiations, the suspect was able to escape prison by promising to return all stolen property. Failure to comply with this agreement will result in automatic incarceration. Evidence recorded on September 22, 2016.
